me
Ian Bennett, from Wigan in North West England, holds an honours degree in German Studies from the University of Manchester. He is a PGCE qualified teacher for modern foreign languages, with 20 years experience of teaching English as a foreign language in Hamburg, as well as teaching German in English schools.

Ian is also a well practised and skillful translator, having worked for a broad range of sectors.

His interests include literature, music (composing and playing), and gardening. He is a big fan of Liverpool Football Club, and gets to see the odd game at Anfield when he's home visiting his family.
